Handrails and Balustrades

Donato Steel Fabrications has been involved in the fabrication of stainless steel handrails and balustrades to AS 1428.1-2001 for access and mobility.

The materials used are dependant on the environment and include marine grade (316) materials and special finishes as necessary.

Materials are not limited to stainless steel but can be a combination of steelwork and/or brass with stainless steel.

We can also co-ordinate with your steel fabricator to provide the stainless steel railings and/or componentry as necessary to complete the handrail/balustrade assembly.

Balustrade infills can include glass, rods, stainless steel wire cables and fittings, architectural infills.
